Thank you for the information. I’ve learned quit a bit from your videos over the years. I intend to schedule surgery with you for my eyes. I’m also interested in the vertical restore, but for financial reasons are there advantages or disadvantages for having each as separate surgeries? I’m soon to be 50!

Well ,then study should also attack inevitable death of each and everyone as “getting old” is a very natural outcome.”Life forever” pill is going to be invented soon and safe everyone from final outcome that is death.Who wants that?

Thanks for the video and the explanation!
Any ideas for treating dark circles, like the purple ones that you are born with, regardless if you sleep or not?
I have them, plus a small to mild eye bag, and my upper eyelids noticibly dropped in the last couple of years.

You are by far the best! Your results speak for themselves. Hoping to have a facial rejuvenation date with you in about 10 yrs.. I just found out about you 3 months ago. Your before and after videos always bring tears to my eyes. I want vertical restore, fat transfer and upper eyelids done. Please take care..

I’ve previously had an upper/lower Blephorplasty. My upper eyelids are starting to show some slackened skin and crepey. At this juncture, what can I do?? Also, would a fat transfer be a good option for lips rather than Juvederm all the time?

I had both done 20 years ago…so yeah the aging is back. On Thursday I am getting a Hetter Peel (croton oil/ phenol) hoping to get a little lift and it should certainly take care of the crepe….just perhaps it’s something you might want to look research. Cheers!

Hi Dr. Karam, loving your videos. I have festoons and will be getting a blepharoplasty lower lid procedure with a pinch and co2 laser to the rest of my face. But after hearing you saying that laser can be a mistake for the lower eye area, it now worries me. You also said that treating this with quality eye creams such as yours would be a benefit. I will be pointing this out to my doctor who is a oculoplsstic surgeon, eyelid and facial rejuvation. Thank you for your valued information.

Hi Dr. Karam, thank you so much for your videos, I love them. Can you tell me the best procedure for terrible scars left from a bleph? Mine extend all the way out toward my hairline rather than in the lid folds ?
