Non surgical nose ?? job with filler. Note the before pic on right upper – weak bridge, tip down, when smiling tip further depressed forward. I do a 4-8 point technique combination with filler and botox. This pic is immediately after filler. Botox will lift tip further and nose wont flare as much with smiling in a week. Nose injections need to be done with caution and care to avoid harm. Not everyone is a candidate and it cannot be overinjected .
